Terms and Conditions:
1. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
2. Lessons must be paid for either on the day or by advanced block bookings, each block booking course must be completed within 9 months, no refund will be given after this period. We accept payment by cash only.
3. If you need to cancel or change a lesson, I do ask that you give me 48 hours’ notice. If you do not give me sufficient notice there is a likelihood that you will be charged some, or all, of the lesson fee. I reserve the right to use my discretion on this matter.
4. Lesson times are flexible, approx. 60 to 120 minutes depending on individual needs and traffic conditions.
5. Collection is available wherever is convenient to you and you may finish at your chosen location (subject to prior agreement). Lessons are available day, evening and weekends
​6. On the day of the test a 2 hour lesson must be booked to allow for the test itself and a warm up period. During the warm up session both the pupil and the instructor will check that all bulbs and tyres are working and suitable for test. Should a bulb blow on the test or tyre puncture every endeavour will be made by the instructor to replace the bulb or tyre in good time, in the event of replacement being unsuccessful the school will not be held liable for any test fees lost as a result..
7. In order to use Roadsense Driving School’s car for the practical test, the candidate must be able to:
• control the vehicle without verbal or physical assistance from the examiner
• understand verbal directions to follow a specified route
• use driving skills independently (the examiner may give the candidate a series of instructions to be followed or to ask him/her to follow road signs in order to arrive at a specified destination).
8. We reserve the right to change appointment times, although this will only happen in exceptional circumstances.
9.Although Roadsense Driving School has a high pass rate, a pass result cannot be guaranteed£
